I can control the type of workout you need that day. I can't control your mind but I can control how you move your body in connection to your mind. I want to help you find your best movement.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Hey, I'm Hayley.
I was born and raised near Loch Lomond in the highlands of Scotland. I spent my childhood dancing. For 15 years I competed, gaining the title of 6 time Scottish champion. The joy I felt dancing is what I want for you.
Movement has always been an important part of my life. I believe that there is a vital connection between movement and the mind and that this relationship is personal to everyone. What sets me apart is my understanding that training someone really is a unique experience and that experience depends on a lot of factors. I can plan high intensity cardio sessions in contrast to slow controlled weight work but ultimately I plan around you. Are you stressed? Do you feel anxious entering a gym? Do you need a mixture of routines? Keep it simple? Do you need to be pushed hard? It truly depends on what your mental and physical state is that day. By really listening to your body and your mind, we will achieve goals more efficiently.
